This blog is my effort to showcase the beauties of the wildernesses in India. I am a person who has been exposed to the beauties of nature right from his toddler days. This has over time grown into a passion. I believe that in order to appreciate the beauty of wildlife, it is essential that we do our bit in protecting it. I believe in doing so via my images, which try to portray habitat of the subject, be it birds, mammals, reptiles or even insects.

I have had a love for the citizens of the wild for as long as I can remember, but it has only been until late that I decided that I should capture their beauty and preserve them forever. Photography has of late become an integral part of my daily routine and I love it. I currently shoot with Canon EOS DSLR systems and a selection of Canon EF Lenses. Apart from photography, I also enjoy music a lot and have been playing the guitar for about 6 years now.
This blog is an effort to showcase the beauty of the wilderness. It was initially started to showcase the beauty and the issues in conservation of wildlife and habitats in Orissa, but now I feel, I shouldn't restrict the content to just Orissa and would post my takes on conservation issues and my photographs from all over the country.
